Today,I had a bad luck.However, my brother had a good luck.I went to the park with him .On Qing Jing street,I was tumbled,but my brother found one Yuan."Bud luck!"I said.Later,I stepped on the dung,what's more,the TV doesen't work. And mang many......
And my brother had a new shirt,a new pen,but I had nothing, gloomy......
我给你修改了一下,有不懂的地方在问我把

Today,I had bad luck
bad 前要加a，这里luck是可属的，后面But my brother had good luck同样

I with him went to the park
这样说好象也行，但是不符合外国人说话习惯，一般是I went to the park with him .

I was tumble,
没有这样用的，tumble是动词啊。想说我摔倒用i tumbled over .

But my brother was found one yuan
WAS去掉，found是动词

I was step on a dung
应该用I set steps on a dung

And my brother was had a new shirt
同样是动词问题，was不要乱用啊，用时你先把is代进去看看顺不顺，要把WAS去掉

很典型的错误：系动词不能乱用。
比如:i was tumble这就是典型乱用系动词。TUMBLE这动词可以单独用各种时态表达意思。如果要表达你摔倒了,可以简单说i tumbled;
另例:but mybrother was found one yuan,就成了"我哥被发现是一块钱."系动词加动词过去分词构成被动语态了。而你要表达的是“而我哥哥却捡了一块钱”，所以应该简单成为while my brother picked up one yuan.(另外注意词汇用法)

当然，你只是初一学生，很多用法以后常用了后会熟知。
坚持写，会有帮助。
