I can win him 换成I CAN BEAT HIM更好
I struggie hard him very long time 把VERY 换成SO
I have great fun for here把FOR换成AT

was stayed 前面WAS已经是过去分词形式了，后面stay不用再加ed.
opportunity与chance都是机会的意思,重复了,而goiden opportunity 和good chance都是好机会的意思.而且你的goiden也写错了，应该是golden.这句应该改为"It's a golden opportunity" 或"It's a good chance".
with 用法不对,So I was with my tennis racket and the tennis ball这句改为"So I took my tennis racket and the tennis ball"
I think,I can win him 中间最好不用逗号隔开.
so,I struggie hard him very long time 也一样,不用逗号.这句struggle写错了，而且用法也不对.应该是struggle with somebody.改为"so I struggled hardness with him very long time."
后面have应该用过去式had,,here前不用加介词,也就是改为"I had great fun here.
