银耳向来被认为是良好美容保健功能的药食两用的佳品。本文利用热水浸提法从银耳干品中提取银耳多糖。并通过四因素三水平正交实验对温度、pH值、料液比以及时间对多糖提取的影响做了一番研究。结果表明各因素的影响由大到小排列为pH值、温度、料液比、时间,且实验证明pH值9、温度90℃、料液比1:50、提取时间6小时左右为适宜的提取条件。然后以提取的多糖为原料,分别做了结晶紫法清除羟基自由基氧化性评价;体内法和体外法保湿评价。实验结果表明银耳多糖具有一定的清除羟基自由基的能力,也具有保湿效果,但不是非常明显。本实验的整个研究过程和结果为银耳多糖在化妆品中的应用打下了一定的基础,为今后的研究提供了材料。

This experimental entire research process and the result have built the certain foundation for the tremella fuciformis polysaccharide in cosmetics application, has provided the material for the next research.
