汽车工业是最早运用CAD技术的行业之一。目前,CAD技术在汽车工业的应用已经相当普遍,成为国内外汽车工业开发新产品、组织规模生产、加强市场竞争的重要手段。特别是在缩短产品开发周期,提高产品性能、质量、可靠性和降低成本等方面,CAD起着重要的作用。但是,随着计算机软件及硬件的不断发展,在一些设计上,CAD已经渐渐落后,取代其的将是更多的三维设计软件及可参数化软件。
PRO/E作为三维实体设计软件中功能最强大软件之一。它不仅仅是直接在计算机建构三维实体模型,而且利用设计的模型进行装配模拟和机构分析、动态干涉检查、动力学分析、有限元应力分析、铸造、模具及美化处理等特点。
我国汽车产品设计距国际水平还有相当的差距,尤其是在驱动桥产品的设计和研究方面差距更大一些。驱动桥位于动力传动系的末端,其基本功能是增大由传动轴或变速器传来的转矩,并将动力合理地分配给左、右车轮;另外,驱动桥还要承受作用于路面和车架或车厢的铅垂力、纵向力合横向力。因此,驱动桥作为汽车上重要的总称之一,应尽快改进其设计的方法、步骤,以提高我国汽车产品设计的总体水平。
本文根据上述所叙,从PRO/E三维设计的可参数化等特点出发,对驱动桥的半轴及后桥壳体进行三维实体的建模设计。设计中,综合考虑了驱动桥的结构形式及已知参数,通过反复对半轴及驱动桥桥壳的受力分析和强度的计算、校核及修改,基本达到了设计的要求。

It is not merely directly in the computer construction three dimensional full-scale mockup, moreover carries on characteristics and so on assembly simulation and organization analysis, dynamic interference inspection, dynamics analysis, finite element stress analysis, casting, mold and beautified processing using the design model.
Our country automobile product design is apart from the international standard also to have the suitable disparity, in particular is bigger in the driving axle product design and the research aspect disparity some. The driving axle is located the power power transmission the terminal, its basic function increases the torque which transmits by the drive shaft or the transmission gearbox, and assigns reasonably the power for the left and right wheel; Moreover, the driving axle also must withstand the function in the road surface and the frame or the compartment normal strength, the longitudinal force gathers the transverse force. Therefore, the driving axle took on the automobile important always called one, should improve its design as soon as possible the method, the step, enhances our country automobile product design the aggregate level.
This article according to above narrates, from PRO/The E three dimensional design may parametrize and so on the characteristics to embark, carries on the three dimensional entity to the driving axle rear axle and the rear axle of car shell the modelling design. In the design, the overall evaluation driving axle structural style and the known parameter, through repeatedly to the rear axle and the driving axle bridge shell stress analysis and the intensity computation, the examination and the revision, has met the design requirements basically.
