OISE is one of the many schools in University of Toronto.
You didn't say you will pursue after undergraduate or gradate studies.
For undergraduate, University of Toronto does not accept Winter admission.
For graduate, there are 3 admissions in a year: spring (April), fall (September) and winter (January).
Don't count on spring and winter admission though, if you must need a scholarship or teaching assistanceship.
