Subject to conditions set forth in clause-20,complete delivery of the goods shall have to be made within 120(one hundred twenty)days after receipt of Letter of Credit .The delivery means goods on board the ship in the port of shipment . Tenders offering delivery time by more than 30 days beyond the required delivery time of 120 days will be treated non-responsive .
