比较难，有可能解决

Trouble n.故障, 问题
大问题，故障，不一定能解决. 往往需要”倒退几步”,先纠正以前的问题，再往下做。

应该是同义的。
He has trouble communicating with foreigners.
=He has difficult communicating with foreigners.
=He has problem communicating with foreigners.

have trouble 主要是针对生活中的一些琐事或麻烦事困难事来说的比较口语I have trouble talking with you.
I have difficult talking with you.(语言不通?)
I have problem talking with you(包括以上两种情况)
