红烧牛肉braised beef with brown sauce
1. 牛肉切块。锅里水烧开。牛肉放进去大火烧1分钟。取出洗净。

Can't skin a flint blaze(The blaze must be done to a turn).It isn’t tasty if the beef isn’t cooked thoroughly . The beef will be more full-bodied during cooking.
