有个短语是 French leave
意思就是不辞而别
在十七、十八世纪时,法国盛行一种风俗习惯,即参加宴会的客人不向主人告别即自行离去。后来泛指各种未经许可或不事先通知的擅自行动。

不辞而别

bùcí’érbié

(1) [go away without saying goodbye]∶不向人告别就离开

他不想跟她去商议,他得走,想好了主意,给她个不辞而别。——老舍《骆驼祥子》

(2) [quit without notice]∶不辞而别,匆匆离去,偷偷地离开,尤指未付款而离开

不辞而别: [ bù cí ér bié ]
