关于第一句，I think it is important for everyone to have a hobby是正确的，不要用I think it is important that everyone has a hobby。
因为I think it is important that everyone has a hobby的意思是：“每个人有一个爱好”这件事本身是重要的，至于对什么来说是重要的，则没有说清楚，可能是对社会稳定，或者对世界和平。
而I think it is important for everyone to have a hobby才是你要表达的意思：“有一个爱好”对“每个人”来说是重要的。
也可以用更简单的说法：I think hobby is important to everyone。
