上海本周天气预报:为什么我的光盘总刻“飞”了……？？

今晚真够郁闷的，我的三星金将军刻dvd光盘时候，我把几个rmvb、mpg和wmv格式的视频，作为普通数据盘刻到sony的dvd盘里（用6×速度刻录），结果每次都刻飞了，请大家能否帮忙看下？
还有，请介绍一下避免刻盘刻坏的经验！谢谢！
