The QVB, or Queen Victoria Building, is a shopping center located in the heart of the Sydney, Australia, CBD. Originally set aside as a market place in the 1800s, it was roofed and eventually architect George McRae designed the building. At this point it was known as the George Street Market. At one point the building fell into a state of disrepair and it was not until the 1970s that it was restored.

于1898年完成的Queen Victoria Building是雄伟的罗马式建筑，当初兴建是为了纪念长久以来的君主统治，不过因为计画兴建之时，适逢悉尼经济萧条之时，因此QVB特别设计让政府得以雇请许多失业的工艺家、石匠、彩绘玻璃艺术家等。

初期QVB的空间运用为音乐厅、咖啡店、办公室，以及裁缝、理发、花店等经营场所，之后一直到1930年代QVB成为悉尼市议会所在，并未受到特别重视，甚至受到毁坏，后来才在修复之后逐渐发展为今日的面貌，成为悉尼的代表建筑物之一，并于1986年正式以购物中心为经营方向。

QVB最闻名的就是其内部彩绘玻璃、外部以铜覆盖的圆形屋顶，此外，邻近乔治街的大型彩绘玻璃窗户，是悉尼古老盾徽的图案。位于维多利亚购物中心中央的The Royal Clock每个整点钟响报时，也是百年历史的纪念物。

QVB分为地下一层与地上4层，有各式各样的服饰、珠宝店、艺廊、化妆品、饰品、咖啡店、餐厅等。
