浅议中药不良反应
摘要
目的： 对中药的不良反应做基本概念认定和发生原因的分析。
方法： 定义合格中药和中药不良反应，再从使用中药不辩证、不能按疗程服用、超量服用、药物质量及使用方法不当等各方面做中药不良反应的原因分析。
结果： 避免中药不良反应须具备3个条件：合格中药，正常方法及正常用量。中药不良反应的原因除有临床应用方法不对的因素外，还有药品质量，患者差异等客观因素。
结论： 中药安全性已引起医药界关注，须掌握科学方法，客观评价，积极预防和采取相应措施。
