2017怎么访问国外网站:电脑有了问题了

我买的是联想那会刚出来时的天娇机，一般也就是打打游戏什么的，最近就出现了这情况了，我家 每天一到晚上八点就有点电压不稳定，系统老重起，开始就是开机不一会就蓝屏出现这个，后来我用随机带的恢复光盘进行格式化重装，但是。。。 安装到快完的时候就出现这样了，现在根本进不了窗口了，有人说是硬盘有坏块了，我也不懂，希望高手给我解决，谢谢你们，但是别给我复制别人的一大堆关于这的上来啊，我只要求针对我的这个问题，谢谢你们啊
