高考必备中解释idiom这个词时举了一个例子：
“It's me.”is an idiom.
"It's me."不是一个句子吗？但是idiom好象只属于短语的范畴。
牛津高阶英汉双解词典 给idiom的定义是：
idiom本身是有特殊含义的短语。
"惯用语"也是短语，这是惯用语的定义：
惯用语是个固定的词组，有一定的语义，是不可分割的统一体，其整体的意思往往不能从组成惯用语的各个词的原有意思中猜测而得。
还有惯用语的意思啊，某一语言的习惯用法
