离心选矿机动画:邮件反病毒不能启动，提示什么子系统故障，我重装也不行！

卡巴斯基 反黑客不能启动，提示什么子系统故障，我重装也不行！这到底怎么的回事？大家帮帮忙！谢谢大家了！我在官方论坛上找到的 不过是英语的 不太懂 请大家帮忙看看啊
Could someone repeat the problem once again???? We can`t reproduce the problem!!!

We need:
1. Clear install kis/kav 6.0.0.300.
1.1 Make screenshot of the page Service (please do not "hide the last part of your key")
2. Put on traces (Level 500 !!!!)
3. Update the signatures with both checked boxes (update module & attack signatures)
3.1 Save the log-file of the update proccess.
4. restart.
5. wait until the windows starts.
5.1. Make a screenshot of the pages: Service & Protection & TrayMenu.
6. Unload(exit) kav/kis6.0

Send us in archive:
1. Traces. There should be 4 files: 2 - from the step 2, till step 4. And another 2 files - form the step 5 till 6.
2. log file of the update
3. 4 screenshots (step 1.1 and 5.1)
