The goods are to be snipped by separate shipments.Quantity,price,and delivery terms for cash shipment are to be agreed on each shipment basis.

THE GOODS QUALITY
The quality of goods to be delivered under the contract to be in conformity to the existing state.Standards and rechnieal terms spocified in Appendices to the contract and have to be confirmed by the Certificate of Quality issued by the Producer.
In case the goods are not in conformity to the quality and quantity stipulated in the contract.The claims can be presented to seller on the basis of Examinations Report on Quality of Import/Export goods of the Buyer's country.
