我的电脑不知道怎么回事，昨天有两次出现蓝屏，并且有下面的提示，帮我看看怎么办？？
第一次：A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer,
A process or thread crucial to system operation has unpectedly exited or been terminated
If this is the first time you've seen this stop eror screen ,restart your computer ,If this screen oppears again ,follow these steps:
check to make sure any new hardware or software if properly installed. If this is a new installation,ask your hareware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need. if problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed hareware or software ,disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing .
if you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components, restart your computer ,press F8to select Advanced startup options.

开机时连续按F8,进入安全模式,删掉刚安装的软件,可能时软件不兼容.
