有两个可能：
1.硬件的问题，检查一下你的内存和主板，特别是内存。可以找其他内存替换试试看。
2.操作系统的问题，用windoctor等软件修复一下操作系统。
操作系统的问题，如果偶尔蓝屏没什么大问题，经常蓝屏的话建议重装系统。
哦，这几天我也经常遇到这个问题，解决方法其实很简单它就是说如果你是第一次出现这种情况就重起，不是的话那就很复杂了。我的经验是rest，有可能蓝屏白字这种情况还会出现，电脑几天不用就好了，但你是着急的话建议检查一下你的硬盘，可能会有问题，切记
