本人正在使用电脑,突然整个屏幕变成深蓝色的画面,上面显示如下内容

这些就是出现的东西,也能看的大概,可不知道具体说的是什么,该怎么解决这个问题,我看到这个情况不止一次了,但我每次就是重起的方法,可就在刚才又出现了这个情况,于是我写出来求大家帮我想想办法,该怎么解决,到底是什么出现了问题.
PS:我最近装了魔兽世界游戏(可在游戏时总出现132#错误-因系统原因导致游戏关闭),还装了Windows优化大师,未注册,也起不到作用.还有我用的是金山毒霸套装,(下载的)

虽然出错的内容提示这么多，但是，引起问题的原因是硬盘在读写的过程中出了很严重的错误而导致的。
上这个网页：http://support.microsoft.com/在右侧的“查找支持”里将你看到的这个蓝屏代码0x0000004E复制进去，回车后就可以看见微软关于这个问题的解答了。
开机按住F8健，选择“最后一次正确配置”后回车，跑一段时间，如问题不再出现，重装你想装的程序。若依旧出现，则很有可能是硬件问题，建议送修。
