拉马努金公式:我电脑无法进系统

我的电脑装的Windows2000个人板的，我开机后自动检测正常，可当进了正在起动Windows2000当要跳到Windows2000个人板那画面后机器就重起了，跳到那个画面后就出现这些英语不知是什么意思？
