楼上的不要误导楼主了.这儿不能加"to".加"to"之后的意思不一样了,是激某人的意思.比如:He dared me to jump over the river. 他激我跳过河。而表示"敢"的时候是不用"to"的,比如:I dare say you are right. 我敢说你是对的。
所以这里应该是 Dare be against the whole world.或 Dare be the enemy of the whole world.
