系统已经杀过毒了，也没有木马，现在服务器里面有很多东西，我不想重装系统，重装了我们单位就有一天不能正常工作了，请教朋友帮帮我怎样解决这个问题，谢谢了

As for the OS, it's windows 2000 server SP4 with all the latest critical patches. As for when it started , Friday afternoon at 4:30. There were no IT guys there at the time, and nothing had been done to it. We do have Symantec Corp antivirus, 8.1, but no new version had been installed in quite some time, and is in fact served from a different machine (client is installed locally of course). It had been catching lots of virused email attachments lately.
Finally, id the ERD something that we would have had to create, or is it something that is part of the usual win or ex 2000 install disk set? (I don't seem to ahve anything called and ERD.)
