Everyone should admit that one day, we will become old. So I think for all the people, especially for the teenagers should think more about how to keep old people live better.
In my opinion, first, old people need love. When one person is old, he is so eager to talk to their relatives or friends, so I think we should talk more to the old people and know what they are thinking, help them to know the world better. But another aspect is also very important, we should let the old prople to know the burdens we have and the stress we feel, I think if the old people understand us, they won\'t feel upset when we don\'t have time to stay with them.
Secondly I think the society should make some efforts, such as gather some old people together and organize them to have some activities, like yoga, Taiji or so on. Because most of the old people were retired, so they don\'t have so much things to do. We should let them not to feel lonely and know that they are also capable to do a lot of things, although they are not young.
I think the most important thing is that we should love the old people around us, whatever they are healthy or unhealthy, rich or poor. I think if everybody moves on, the old people can live happier and they can have much more wonderful time in this world!

Did you give seats to old people on bus or metro ever before? If yes, you are really a nice guy. What I want to tell is that to take care of old people is not as hard as we think. What it needs are just our hearts and some simple action.

As we know, one of the biggest problems embeded in those seniors is loneliness. Actually they like to have someone to talk to them and listen to them. Perhaps it can only take several minutes of us to do that. Each time I went to see my grandma, I can read happiness from her eyes. I know that my visit does bring her fun and merriness.

Meanwhile, government and community should also pay more attention to the living conditions of senior staff. They can orgnize old people to have some fun or to learn something, such as painting, dancing and so on, which can let them know that to be old is not so bad, as there are still so many people think of them and they do have the ability to make themselves happy.
