whlie 与 when 的比较明显的区别是什么？
while有前后两分句对比的意思而when没有
eg I was playing while he was reading.
他在看书的时候我却在玩。
while表示较长一段时间
而when仅表示一点时间[特定一点,某一刻]
恰恰相反
while 有转折的意思。。。
注意是while,while和when解释为当…时的时候，一般while后接动词ing形式。如：I always listen to the radio while I'm cooking.
此外，while还有明显表示比较的意思，而when没有，如：I like the football game while my brother like basketball. while还有尽管的意思。
when,as,while这三个词都可以引出时间状语从句，它们的差别是：when 从句表示某时刻或一段时间 as 从句表示进展过程，while 只表示一段时间
