前段时间，刚装的机器，前天运行Nero StartSmart还可以刻录光盘。今天就打不开了，跪求高手详细指点！
运行Nero StartSmart时，出现蓝屏英文状态：按ctil+alt+del重启，无反应。我英文不好，大体写着：
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.
DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen restart your computer. If this screen appears again follow these steps:

硬盘：希捷SATA160

刻录机：三星16X DVD光雕
其它外置有：多彩130摄像头，罗技游戏柄
对了，昨天晚上我用优化大师优化过系统。今天打开Nero StartSmart死机后，打电话询问了装机的客服，技术说要我把Nero StartSmart卸载，然后重新装一次，但要与上次的目录不一致才行。试过之后，还是死机。
请问，这问题怎么解决？具体步骤请指点。谢谢

Check to make sure any new hardware or software is properly installed
If this is a new installation,ask your hardware or software manufacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If problems continue,disable or remove any newly installed,hardware or software. Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.
If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable components restart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced startup options and then selece safe mode.

配置挺好的，比我的配置还好：P4 506 2.66G+技嘉8I945P-G+金士顿DDRII512M一条
硬盘是迈拓金钻七代120G+8M缓存。 呵呵。

这个问题比较复杂，你这样弄：
1。查WINDOWS蓝屏大全，网上搜，N多的，看看0*000000D1的含义
2。通常它都让你用诊断工具找直接原因：运行dxdiag啦，一页一页的翻看看毛病的根本原因
3.卸掉软件或重装系统或升级OS成VISTA（开个玩笑）？？？自己分析一下。
