【摘要】随着市场经济的逐步完善和金融体制改革的不断深入,国有专业银行向国有商业银行转轨的步伐也越来越快,从而使多年积累的金融问题日渐暴露,潜在的金融风险日益表面化。为此,防范与化解金融风险是国有商业银行当前急待解决的问题,必须引起足够的重视并及早采取有效的措施加以防范。

Abstract:With the constant deepening of gradual completion and reform in banking system of market economy, to paces that state-run commercial bank go through transition too more and more fast state-run specialized bank, thus make the financial problem accumulated for many years expose day by day, potential financial risks come to the surface day by day. For this reason , it is present urgent problems to be solved of state-run commercial bank to take precautions against and dissolve financial risks, must cause enough attention and take the effective measure to keep a lookout early .
