摘要：在我国现阶段，城市水污染正严重威胁着城市人的生存环境，其中生活污水则是城市水污染的主要来源。目前，我国大城市对城市生活污水治理方面有着比较完善的系统，虽然处理量较大，但基本可以满足环境需求；中小城市生活污水排放量虽无法与大城市相比，但其数量多，布局分散，再加上资金、设备等条件的制约，其污水处理程度不高，污染危害性相对较大，直接会影响到当地的城市和自然环境。所以必须对中小城市生活污水进行经济有效的治理才能实现可持续发展的目标。本文便对中小城市生活污水的现状及治理做了简要分析，并在此基础上结合相关资料提出了中小城市生活污水治理及有效利用的原则与方法。

随着我国城市化的快速发展，城市和谐社区必将成为我国和谐社会的重要组成部分。创建优美生态人居住环境是生态城市建设的重要工作，“生态社区”的创建是一个主要载体。本文探讨了“生态社区”的内涵，回顾了近几年来生态社区的发展进程, 提出了可以通过生态社区户外环境设计以及“生态社区”创建程序的设计和管理，来推动生态居住区的建立，深化环保模范社区的创建工作，是优美生态人居住环境建设的有效途径。

Abstract: Family violence is the violent behaviours happening among family mumbers. Increasing family violence is endangering the victims' physical and psychological health. It infringes on the the victims' legal rights and interests, disrupts social stabilization and development, and thus has caused widespread attention of society. In order to give the victims more comprehensive, specific, suitable assistace so that better social influence can be reached, social supporting systems of laws, society, psychology and various other ranks shall be established. At the present time, our country and other coutries have constituted laws against family violence to protect family mumber's legal rights and interests. However, the anti-family-violence work in our country is still quiet insufficient. This paper is based on the basical theoretic research into family violence, analyses its causes and socail perniciousness, anatomizes the limitation of the anti-family-violence work in our country combining the actuality of legislation and society, and puts forward some advice on constituting laws against family violence. It is hoped this paper can be used for reference to the legislation of laws against family violence in future.
