想请教大家一个问题：我今天下载安装了google earth安装后发现进去用不了，按上面的查询说很可能是安装的杀毒软件设置级别过高，建议把google earth在杀毒软件里设为可接受的软件，我用的是avast杀毒软件，我想请问具体怎么样在杀毒软件里操作才能使用google earth.谢谢.下面是google earth提供的可能的情况： I can't contact the Google Earth servers.

这个意思不不能连接服务器
后面的意思就是不好象在防火墙的后面 请打开80端口
也许是XP系统的防火墙挡住了
看看系统防火墙
被防火墙阻挡了。在防火墙里打开/放行它。
把WINDOWS防火墙关了就行了!
