摘要
目的:采用体外细胞培养法和小白鼠皮下植入材料体内降解法研究类人胶原蛋白膜和类人胶原蛋白海绵的细胞相容性。方法:选用类人胶原蛋白膜和类人胶原蛋白海绵对2BS细胞进行体外培养,通过MTT法检测生物材料促进细胞增殖作用。再将膜和海绵进行小鼠皮下植入实验,观察小鼠的炎症反应期时间长短。结论:2BS细胞在膜和海绵材料上生长良好。在小鼠体内,这两种材料在植入体内三周基本上可以完全降解。
