It was since May 15 that Shun Ling Engineering start using the Mei Hui Mansion in Beijing. However, we did not receive your rental payment since then. According to our agreement, Shun Ling should pay Skytone Trading Ltd 3-month rental ( 2 months deposit and 1 month pre-payment) when contract is signed. More than three weeks has passed, I therefore would greatly appreciate if you can settle the rental payment at your earliest convenience.
