香港东方红专卖店:我的XP系统关机偶尔出现蓝屏!

我的电脑几乎每次关机时都会出现“正在注销”，然后“正在保存设置”，最后是“正在关机”，最后主机不但关不上还出现一个蓝屏，上面写：
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down prevent damage.
If this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen, restart your competer.If this screen appear again, follow this steps:
Check to be sure your have adequate disk space. If a driver is idendtified in the stop message, disable the driver or check with the manufacture for driver updates. Try changing video adapters.
Check with your hardware vendor for any BOIS updates. Disable BOIS memory options such as caching or shadowing. If you need to use safe mode to remove or disable compenents, restart your competer, press F8 to select Advanced startup Options,and then select Mode.
