一、 乙方因自驾旅游需要从2006年7月1日起至2006年7月15日止向甲方租用越野车一辆，车牌号：新G51528
二、 租价及付款方式、期限：
1、 租赁期内按每日平均行驶300公里，每日计500元人民币，共计15天，未用到15天按15天计算。租赁期超过定额公里，按1元/公里计算加收租金。 租车需在当日预先支付6000人民币租车费，余款于还车当日结算。
2、乙方租用甲方车辆时，需支付1000元人民币作为保证金。本合同终止时，车辆无损伤保证金退回乙方。
三、 乙方的责任、义务：
1、 乙方使用的汽车驾驶执照、身份证等证件必须真实有效，如属伪造和失效期的，一切经济及法律责任均由乙方负责。
2、 乙方应爱护车辆，应认真了解、检查、掌握承租车辆的各种性能和操作方法，凡因承租人操作不当、保管不善造成的车辆事项及附件遗失、损坏，乙方须负责赔偿责任。
3、 乙方驾驶员应每日检查车辆机油、刹车油、防冻液、轮胎气压等，发现问题，须立即补充，
4、 严格遵守《道路交通安全法》严禁酒后驾驶，严禁使用车辆进行国家违法活动，严禁运送易燃、易腐蚀品。超速行驶等。
5、 乙方驾驶车辆发生事故，肇事车辆修理费和第三方费用均由乙方支付。在2006年7月1日至2006年7月15日的道路交通安全均由乙方承担。
四、 甲方的责任、义务：
1、 保证车辆出车前性能良好，备胎，随车工具等附件齐全，并与乙方交接清楚。
2、 负责对租出车辆进行免费的定期保养。
3、 甲方提供给乙方车辆必须手续齐全，车辆年审，养路费。
4、 负责对租出的车辆投保座位险和第三者责任险。
五、 其它事项：
1、 乙方在接车时并试驾和测试车辆性能。都达到安全行驶标准。才同意接车。
2、 双方签订合同后还须填写收款单据，并登记有关证件。
3、 甲、乙双方对以上合同都无异议。本合同一式两份，甲、乙双方各执一份，本合同自签订之日起生效，至车辆归还、费用结清之日失效。
