钢铁(锌系)磷酸盐表面处理工艺
摘 要
在本次实验前查阅文献了解磷化工艺各种类型的优缺点,而锌系性能优良是目前研究的主要方向,因此提出锌系磷酸盐处理作为本研究方向。实验确定磷化处理工艺的各种条件,温度为30—500C,PH值为2.8左右,促进剂为亚硝酸钠1.0g/L,添加剂为氟化钠1.0—1.5g/L。再通过正交实验确定中低温磷化配方:氧化锌为8.00g/L,磷酸为0.07mol/L,硝酸为0.06mol/L, ,硝酸镍为1.00g/L。
