我想知道"every hour on the half hour"是什么意思，还有就是这道题选什么，谢谢！
但是例如选项的9:00则不是一个半点，况且是每隔一小时一趟

那个短语的意思确实是“每小时一班车，半点的时候”。
据我了解，B项应该是“ B.8:00, 9:30, 10:30, 11:30”
答案也是B。因为这个唯一没有明显违法规则的。至于为什么8点有车，大概是因为早晨不算“during the day”，而从九点开始算。
