As far as I'm concerned，the tuition fees are precisely at a high level.Considering the average income of the country,the number of the people who cannot afford to go to the university is rather horrible.We confess,there are loans from banks for study,but that's not a good way actually ,for so many people who graduated but never pay the debt,and the banks act with much more cautions when they decide whether provide a loan to students now.I guess the tuition fees being paid by the state may probably be a good idea,for this measure may bring a lot of knowledgeable man to the state,which may help the country become prosperous either.I'm not sure how to reform the school tuition system,for it's too difficult for me a student to talk about,but I do suggest students from poor family study harder so that they can get a scholarship ,which may help to solve the financial problem of their family.

1)about the tuition fee:I suppose that depends on the income level of a family , what I think,it's too expensive for the general chinese family,especially to those family which feed on their salary.Most of the tuition fee are gone without reasonable explanation.But maybe the government policy has resposible for it.
2)the tuition fee should be paid by the family, I suppose. Because, state already give money to many universities annually,the reason for those schools to ask for more tuition fee from students is to heighten the school to a new level ,so that state will give more money to them.
3)I don't know how to reform it, because,it is not under my control.For those poor family and poor students,what we can do is to sympathize,because,most of us wouldn't and can't afford their tuition fee as well.

Of course the tuition should still be paid by the students. The tuition fees, while high, are not absurd. The real issue here lies in the sharp difference between income levels in china. While the cost may be of an implausible amount for students from poor families, it is considered pocketchange for those students coming from filthy rich corporate families. Furthermore, the professors nowadays are not uncommon to be paid a rediculously high salary. With the lot of them getting over the million mark, the obvious choice for the school is to get more money from students. Because of all this, the tuition system is indeed in dire need for reform. Many bright but poor students are robbed of their chance at advance education while some of the rich student does not see education as important because of its relatively low cost. So my ideas is to actually increase the tuition amount, but at the same time, offer plenty of financial aids to poor students to ensure their enrollment regardless fo their income. Also subsidized loans should be made easily available to students of the middle class. This idea, even though may not work with the system today, it will certainly help make a more fair tuition system in the future.
