Huha-huha ,also called ba bu chang or cao qun wu,is the most original drama,which is popular with Tujia nationality .
Tujia nationality hold this kind of drama every year in order to commemorate the ancestor.It is said that many years ago a tujia nationality youth went down mountain to study the skills of farming. After he got the skills, he is very excited. He ran back to his village as quickly as he could. When he crossed forest, the branches tore his clothes to pieces .It was night when he arrived at his village . The villagers were celebrating the Spring Festival. The young man have no clothes, so he hid in the brushwood.But unexpectedly，a few of the villagers found him and invited him to take part in their party.In that case , the young man found some haulm and pulled it on his body.
Then he had a great idea of teaching the people what he had learned. He taught them how to farm in the form of dance. From that day on, tujia nationality began to hold an annual party to commemorate the ancestor.Today we can see the Huha-huha in somewhere.
Huha-huha select materials from the daily life and work, such as sowing seeds , threshing , hunting .If you have a chance to visit Zhangjiajie ,you can go to Zhangjiajie tujia romantic feeling park. There has a performance of Hula-Hula.
