CO2培养箱主要由箱体结构件、温度控制系统和CO2浓度控制系统三部分组成。
1、箱体结构件由外壳、保温材料和不锈钢水套组成。工作室的设计是关键。采用水套方式,即除正面玻璃门外,其余五面均为充满水的不锈钢夹层,通过热水的循环,使工作室处于等温水的夹层包围中,因此受热均匀、恒定,升温快,降温慢,即使停电5~6小时,也保证细胞存活。采用双层门设计,内面的玻璃门便 于观察细胞生长,又对环境干扰较小;外门内侧设有自动控温的衬板,使玻璃门不结露、不受环境温度变化的影响。工作室内的风扇使气体循环,使工作室的温度和CO2
浓度均匀。水套顶层采用台阶状设计(该设计获得国家专利),既保证了培养箱顶部的水层均匀,又避免了风扇电机的高温和环境变化对工作室温度均匀性的影响。制造工艺也能保证体形变减少。
2、温度控制系统采用三路检测、三级控制的电路,而且还有防止温度过部电路。(而有些进口培养箱是单路检测、二级控制电路)温度传感器是先进的电压型集成电路温度传感器,而不是常用的热敏电阴、半导体、热电偶等传感器。
3、CO2浓度控制采用超声波传感器,具有性能稳定、检测速度快、能适应潮湿的箱内环境、寿命长不易损坏、线性好等优点(此技术已获得国家专利)。而国内外同类产品多数采用热导式和红外线式。热导式传感器结构热导式传感器结构简单、成本低廉,但过于灵敏,受环境影响大,容易产生零点漂移。红外线式传感器不能在潮湿的培养箱内工作,便采用外置传感器方式,将培养箱内的气体用气泵抽出并冷凝去湿后再检测,然后将气返送回箱内。这种方式管路复杂,机械耗损大,检测结果滞后,故障率也高。

Carbon dioxide incubator is composed by box configuration , temperature control system and CO2 thickness control system.
◆ Box configuration is composed by crust , heat preservation material , stainless steel water jacket . The design of the workroom is linchpin . It is adopted the water jacket technology , namely , except the front glass door , other 5 surfaces are all stainless steel interlayer full with water . With hot water circulation , water interlayer in same temperature surrounds the workroom . The infrared sensor can’t work in wet incubator , so it is adopted with the outlay sensor by pump the air inside and check after freezing , and then it will send the air back to the incubator . This system has disadvantages of complex duct , high mechanical waste , hysteresis checking result and high fault rate .

Auto-control of CO2 thickness and comparison of flow are worked when a value is set , so it has the advantages of easily operation , high gas save , high precision and good stabilization .
