新建个文本文档

然后两个文件都双击
提示导入，点确定就好了
再打开EXE就可以了

你到瑞星网站（http://www.rising.com.cn）上找一个RegClean.com
下载是（http://it.rising.com.cn/service/technology/RegClean_download.htm）修复一下就好了,卡卡助手也有那个功能
还有EXE打不开的话，可以把扩展名改为.com也一样可以打开的

可能是你所想打开的文件在你的电脑里没有相应的运行程序.比如你想打开word文件,而你的电脑里没有安装office软件,就会造成你所说的情况.

我认为，只是缺少关联吧了，没那么复杂
可能你打开的不是程序

建议你说详细点，比如这个程序是从何处得来，是干吗用的？文件名是什么？后缀名真的是.exe？等等。

总之就是丢失了文件关联。
