这里的water money都是不可数名词
how many 用来修饰可数名词复数 “…有多少”
eg.How many apples do you have? 你有多少个苹果？
eg.How many students are there in your class?你们班有多少学生？
这里的apples students 都是可数名词复数形式
选A cost是动词 “值…（多少）钱”
