在市场经济的驱动下,新闻娱乐化成为当今大众传播活动中的普遍现象。体育新闻、大案要案、突发事件、奇闻怪事越来越多的出现在各种报刊、电视和网络媒体上,以趣味盎然的内容、灵活多样的形式、强烈的视觉冲击等构成的娱乐效应,为受众提供了轻松愉悦的接受氛围。
市场经济大潮的出现,促使我国的传媒在操作方法、运营模式、编辑方针等方面都不同程度地突出了商业化取向,也催生了我国的新闻娱乐化潮流。90年代以来,我国新闻媒介从最初纯消费的娱乐新闻非常娱乐化,到如今发展到把距离娱乐性最远的媒介内容--新闻,向娱乐化强行拉近,使二者之间的界限变得日益模糊。
面对新闻娱乐化浪潮,有人欢喜有人忧。欢喜终于看到了轻松娱乐的新闻,这正是自己所需要的;但也有人担心,觉得并没有获得他们真正需要的信息,反而新闻内容越来越走向游戏化、庸俗化,甚至社会道德在新闻娱乐化的影响下开始走下坡路。新闻也在娱乐的浪潮下越来越远离了其以传播信息、服务社会的初衷。
本文界定了新闻娱乐化,归纳了新闻娱乐化的特点,本文试从新闻传播学中有关传播者与受传者的关系理论出发,从市场需要、受众心理与社会体系三个不同的层面,来解读中国新闻娱乐化现象,指出我国娱乐化现象出现的系统因素,并试图对其提出一些规范化建议。
