Multi-media technique has already penetrated to many fields of industries. The article which is composed of 5 chapters will be focused on the Multi-media technology. Fistly, I would like to give a definition of the Multi-media and also explain a range of concepts concerning it. In the second chapter, hardware and software system in terms of Multi-media will be introduced. The third chapter will present the principles for establishing a Muti-media system including vedio and audio. The forth chapter will focus on the application of the Muti-media in Education. In the last part, I will introduce the procedure and some novel idea for producing teaching assistant software.
