本次设计的课题名称是年产24000吨食品级液体二氧化碳工艺设计,主要原料是石灰窑气。它采用先进的变压吸附法(PSA法),不仅节约能耗,经济合理,工艺简单,更保证了产品的质量。
设计主要包括以下4大块内容:
1.引言。简述了产品物性,规格,用途及发展情况。列举了设计地区的自然条件,提出厂址选择的要求,三废情况及安全注意事项等。
2.工艺路线选择和工艺条件的论证。主要叙述了工艺流程并论证其选择的理由,主要工作操作条件及论证,主要设备的论证等。
3.设计计算。主要是从给定的生产任务出发,对整个生产过程进行总算,及在此基础上进行主要设备工艺计算及附属设备的选取。
4.设计图纸部分。根据设计说明及计算绘制带控制点工艺流程图,设备图2张。
由于本设计时间比较仓促,有些数据也难以查找和计算,故难免存在不足之处,有待于日后实际生产中摸索与探讨。
