二十一世纪以来,我国加快了改革与发展的步伐。90年代以后,国有企业改制逐渐成为了国有企业改革的主题。而国有企业改制后,内部人力资源体系相应发生了变化,那么如何在改制之后,做好企业的人力资源管理,就成了企业面临的一个非常重要的问题。本文通过研究国有改制企业的人力资源管理现状,提出了现阶段国有改制企业人力资源管理方面的三大问题,即:滞后的人力资源管理观念、不切合实际的改制模式选择以及低效的绩效考评制度三大问题。通过对武钢、中石油等企业改制案例的分析,提出了相应的解决思路。
