If there is any work to be performed by SUBCONTRACTOR at any location other than Malaysia, CONTRACTOR shall be liable and responsible for informing and furnishing SUBCONTRACTOR with well coordinates 20 days prior to the work commences. This is without prejudice to the right of SUBCONTRACTOR and its personnel to refuse to work or go to any location SUBCONTRACTOR deems to be in dispute with Iran.
