如上，千和十之间需要加and读吗？
如果百位上是0的话,千位和十位之间需要加读"and":
one thousand and forty-eight
但就象三楼说的那样,百位不是0,就没有必要加"and".
看以下几个例子比较一下:
3165:three thousand one hundred and sixty-five
2008:two thousand and eight
10007:ten thousand and seven
是,one thousand and forty-eight.但如果没有0,
如1148就读作:one thousand,one hundred and forty-eight.
不加 one thousand forty-eight
one thousand and forty-eight
加，一定加
不加！
