机器经常自动关机说是WINDOWS检测到一个错误，不得不关闭来保护机器，然后说如果是第一次出现这种情况就从新启动。如果不是第一次就检察硬件什么的。恳请哪位高手能帮忙解决一下，将不胜感激！谢了。
具体情况如下：A problem has been dedected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer.If this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen,restart your computer.If this screen appears again,follow these steps:
check to be sure you have adequate disk space.If a driver is identified in the stop message,disable the driver or check with the manufacturer for driver updates.Try changing video adapters.
check with your hardware vendor for any BIOS updates.Disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.If you need to use safe Mode to remore or disable components,restart your computer,press F8 to select Adranced startup options and then select safe Mode

补丁都打好了吗？
首先确保你的系统是纯净的，如果不是软件冲突或者中毒引起的话，再看看硬件。重装系统，用ghost做好备份，然后试用一段时间看有没有这样的情况。如果有的话，把主机箱里面灰尘给清扫一次，显卡＆内存金手指用橡皮来擦一次，搞定以后再把bios设定为默认的值，一般都可以解决。
