almost： nearly

这两个词都可以表示“几乎，差不多”，常可以通用，尤其表示时间的时候。almost可以跟not以外的否定词，而nearly后则不能跟否定词，
nearly可以跟数词，表示差不多。not nearly 为习语，表示“远不”。
例如；1.It is almost/nearly six o'clock, so we'll be offf work.
2.The students were not nearly pleased.
3.Almost no one takes a rest.
4.There are nearly one thousand students in our school.

Yet if you should forget me for a while

1:从意思和词性上难以区别二者 一般很少要区别的 不要见了什么就说区别 其实 很多情况是等于的关系
2:在18世纪
3：前做动词时候是 离开 动身 遗忘 的意思
后者是 忘记的意思 认为原因

nearly用于BE较多，词典解释：almost, but not quite or not completely
