高新技术企业研发费用要求:那位朋友能来帮帮小弟？？？？急急急

我的电脑原来是赛扬2.4的cup 前几天换奔腾4 3.0G的cup 主板不支持于是就买了块新主板火龙王865PE 可是现在我电脑的运行速度都没有以前用赛扬2.4的块！（这个问题郁闷我10几天了！呜呜）下面是我换了新cup和新主板的配置，其他的都和以前一样
