不好意思，是我没说清楚。我在做一个项目管理CASE STUDY，下面是所有有关的摘录：
1、The first step, the workshop topics and interests need be collected from some experts or scholars all over the world.. So the CFP will be suggested and released.
2、As the program committee staff, you provide the meeting program that include all the things from plan, CFP, schedule, Cost, organization and risk analysis.
3、You need survey the topics of software project management for the CfP and inviting the keynotes speakers.
我觉得更像是“请贴”，或者“号召文书/征集公告”的意思，不知道哪个是对的？

应该是征稿的意思.
应该是要求笔录的意思吧
call for paper 我想应该是需要做笔录
proceeding的意思是(学会等的)会议录;活动记录;公报
workshop意思是专题讨论会,研讨会
整句的意思是:
会议将需要做笔录,并为研讨会公布会议记录.
会议将征集论文,并在为研讨会出版的学报上发表.
